Surprising visitor in the middle of a snowstorm
The next remarkable incident happened while I was in that desert villa. One evening, a lot of snow was sprinkling, and the visibility was less than 2 m. I heard a knock on the door and went to the door asking, "Who's there?"
There was one of my friends from the Jesus community. I let him in and asked, "What on earth did you see coming through the woods in the dark and such a snowstorm?" He said he had seen the revelation while praying. He was told to bring me something and asked to take a bus to the Vihti Road and get off at a certain stop.
He had never even visited that villa before! He saw the revelation that he should go to the left side of the road, walk about 1 km through the forest and cross the lake bay in order to become the villa. He said he had come the most direct route! It was an achievement in itself!
I asked him to stay for the night and sleep on the bed stage near the ceiling, because of the snowstorm. There was room for about 20 men at a time. He refused and said he would go back immediately after giving me his gift secretly in the cupboard. He forbade me to watch it before he left.
He said he had to go to Otaniemi for a lecture in the morning. He put the gift into the cupboard and asked me not to look at it, except after he left. He left for a sizeable snowstorm. I looked at what he had brought. Only one big green apple! I was wondering why he didn't bring much more apples, at least 10 pieces (?)

Okay! If he was commissioned in the vision to bring only one apple, then the matter is clear, for he obediently accomplished his mission.
I rejoiced I succeeded read the whole Bible aloud in five weeks! I would have gotten it earlier, but for a few visitors it was interrupted slightly. Then I read all the Old Testament Apoglyphs books out loud. In the villa was a big old Bible book, with those books attached. After reading, I decided to go fishing on the lake to get some protein.
I found an ax in the woodshed and one fishing rod with the nylon and weight and hook. I removed the float and moved the lead weight down beside the hook. I also found a yellow shiny metal bottle cap. I bent it around the lead weight, over the hook, prayed and went ice fishing. I caught about 10 perch.
I found salt and pepper in the villa. I opened the stomachs of the fishes, removed the intestines and heads and the blood. Almost all perch had a lot of roe in their stomachs. I cooked them together with perchs with pepper in brine. What a delicious meal, for I was hungry! HalleluYah!
I cleaned the villa, checked the bus schedule, packed my belongings and returned to Helsinki. First I went to greet my friends in the Jesus community. There I met Mikko and Heikki Hursti. I asked, "Can I come for a few days to the Jesus House in Vartiokylä (it is translated "Guard village")?"
They said, of course! I had stayed there a few times before. I told about my experiences at the Free Church villa and we walked along Arkadiankatu towards Rail Way Station, where the buses departed in the direction of Vartiokylä.

The map shows the place where I spent 2 months in a cold winter in 1973. It is located in the Lake area about 30 km west of Helsinki.
Return to Helsinki after reading job

All my money was exhausted, and I didn't want to ask for travel money from my friends, but I wanted to rely solely on my Heavenly Father for help. I stopped near the "Little Parliament", which at that time was a beer bar. I took the winter cap off my head and prayed out loud, "Thank you my dear Heavenly Father for giving me my travel allowance! In the name of Jesus, amen."
The guys looked at me with wonder. I told them, "I'm not taking travel money from you, but I'm expecting to receive it from Father in Heaven." I remained attentive to the guidance. I heard a quiet voice in my heart, "Leif, go over to the Little Parliament, to the back part of house and take the flyer to the lonely man sitting at the table."
Then I told my friends, "Please, wait a minute, because I just got a assignment from the Lord." I went to the pub and therein was a lonely man at the back part of the room. I went up to him and handed him a leaflet saying, "Jesus loves you."
He woke up from his sleep and said, "I want to pay one coin (FIM 1) to you for that." He gave it me. I thanked him, and blessed him, and returned to my friends.
At that time the bus ticket cost 90 p and I told to my friends that I received a coin, FIM 1 which also included tithing to the Lord! Indeed, we Christians have been called to give our full tithings to the work of gospel! I put it 10 pence in the offering jar in Jesus House that evening. HalleluYah!
Events at Jesus House
For a while I was the janitor at the Jesus House. I also cooked food for the people who came from all over Helsinki and further afield, even abroad. That House had become widely known. There were two TV documentaries made. I remember the second program. There was present a former French hippie named Rudi. He was a Jesus believer.
He was a French Jew with long, curly brown hair. He was adept at playing the guitar and singing. He was asked by a TV documentary author to sing and play something rhythmic popular song. I still remember how he went to talk to Veikko Hursti, whispering. He said that he no longer wanted to sing worldly songs because he had chosen to sing only in honor of Jesus. They prayed together for a moment.
Then Rudi sang a sample of a song and asked if it would suit them? They said okay! Then Rudi sang a live TV broadcast of the national song of Israel, Hatikva, in French. The producers of the TV documentary probably did not identified that song.
I still remember how Rudi sang and played it looking overwhelmed in the immense anointing of the Holy Spirit! I later asked him what he was experiencing while singing? He said he saw a revelation how Yeshua was riding on a donkey to Jerusalem in front of a large crowd.
The city authoritatives were planned and decided to build a new road that would pass just over the Jesus House in Vartiokylä, and therefore that old house would be demolished. By help of prayers the demolishing was deferred about 3 years forward.
Before that, I was led from that Christian group to other tasks. I worked in various mixed temporary work places in late 1975. I'll write of that later in this writing.
