Renault' product
We received an order from Renault for a very difficult reservoir to produce. I modeled it as a 3D model with Catia, as well as its telescopic filler neck, fully in line with the 3D model obtained from Renault. I came up with a special solution for connecting them together and attaching it to the reservoir.
My closest boss had already ordered 3 injection molds for the filling neck, but their manufacturing had not yet begun and I was with him at a product meeting with my supervisor in Lyon, France.
First there and then, did they give us the rest of the product specifications, which stated: "The filler neck must withstand a force of 50 N and stay still to the reservoir when it is fully open!" Then I said shocked to my boss: "It will never withstand such a bend, but at most 25 N! Tell them that right away and cancel the order of injection molds just now by phone!"
However, he did not tell them, nor did he cancel the order for the molds, but said to me (in Finnish) that I should have known beforehand with which power the neck would be tested(?) I could not tell it to our customers, even if I had been able to reveal it. That is why I said nothing, even though the French were already waiting for my comment.
My boss should have told it them and warn they. My boss had neglected his job of requiring Renault to get the technical specifications before designing. I was sure that if I had warned them, my boss would have fired me immediately!
After we received the filler neck parts and installed them in the washer fluid reservoir, we performed a bend test. When the neck was bent with 26 N, it came loose from the reservoir. Then my boss said, "Obvious designer' mistake" and pointed at me.
I guessed that his accusation beforehand. I had told my colleagues at Polimoon Ab about my warning to my boss during the Lyon meeting. However, I would have been labeled guilty and I would have been fired if Adonai Yeshua had not answered my emergency prayer again! So I went into my room again and prayed for an emergency prayer! How grateful I am to Adonai for remembering this again! HalleluYah!
Adonai Yeshua responded to my emergency prayer as follows: Just before we prepared a test report to send it by email to Renault, we suddenly - and clearly in response to my prayer - received an email from a Renault contact person:
"Stop that filler neck project right away, because we've had a large crowd developers & designers for researching its structure when it's open and installed in the truck. The team's decision was that the filler neck comes out of the truck too much and looks too large, as does its cross section too. We have already sent you a new template and will prompt you to design a completely new and different filler neck!"

Renault paid for the 3 die-casting molds that never produced serial products, as well as the new 3 injection molding molds for the new telescopic filler neck, which I designed to be production-friendly and we ordered them from the same mold manufacturer. I solved its attachment in Reservoir differently and then it also passed the bend test without problems. Adonai Yeshua helped me again at the very last minute, "just in time!"
I resigned from the company
At a time when the new owner of the firm was demanding a net profit on a quarterly basis, and because it was not reached, it was even a fatal requirement for the firm's management. Many senior staff members had to leave the house at short notice (a couple of them within 48 hours). That is why I joked to my colleagues that I would stay in this company even if I had to "be the last man to stand on the smoky ruins of the company."
I had already noticed, Adonai Yeshua had helped me on many other difficulty during those years, as you can read in my writings! The sale of the company to Promens AS had already been agreed and, as I said earlier, my health had deteriorated to such an extent that it was time for me to resign. I resigned prematurely, although had previously planned to do it in 2010.
I told my closest boss 6 months in advance that he would have time enough to look for a successor and that I would be able to guide him through the projects. The new person came to my place only 3 days before I left and I taught him as well as I could.
That 3 days was far too little time! I also had to clean up any extra, unnecessary and obsolete documentary from the room and from my shelves and from drawers just then. Then it turned out that the new person didn't even know all the basics of 3-D design. So I had to teach him that too! Then I already was sure, that he would not succeed in his job and that the company would face major problems as a result.
I stopped my working at the company on September 30, 2007. It ended 2.5 years before I originally planned. I worked in the company for 17 years 2 months. The next couple of years went to rest and recovery from stress. I needed a deep rest and I found it day by day in Adonai Yeshua!
Aggravating heart problems
By the screening method, I received an invitation for free health checks from 55-60 year old men in the Turku area. There the doctor was wondering of my unusually low blood pressure: 100/60 and slow restheart rate: 46 beats / s (?) So did I too.
When I was later in a hospital for the new studies, said the doctor that any operation could not be done. I was too old for it. He recommended that I should live relaxed life and avoid too hard works. I have followed his adwice. One year and 4 months later I went to see my colleagues. I heard that the past year had been the most difficult one in company history and many employees had to work more overtime!
When I heard about it from people who had worked for the company for several decades, I realized how important it was to leave the company at the right time! That year would have been extremely stressful for me too. Adonai Yeshua protected me from it! HalleluYah!
Also, I had had years and still have lung degeneration. I have never smoked, but I have been for the work for which I have had long-term exposure to eg. tobacco gases (from other people), diesel gas and a variety of industrial dust, even for short periods up to trichlorethylene gas and three days sulfuric acid gas!
As a result, I have reduced oxygen intake and mild pulmonary obstruction, often manifested as a variety of breathing difficulties. Also, I have been diagnosed with bronchial asthma. It is not dependent on pollen at all. However, I can live real life these remaining years of my life regardless of these health issues.
I am grateful for all of this only to my beloved Savior and my Heavenly Father, for when I am suffering and the disease is tempted, so I can better understand, to love, to feel compassion and to help others in distress and tempted. It is written: Heb. 2:18
>>For in that he himself has suffered being tempted, he is able to help those who are tempted.<<
Work to spread the message of Salvation
According to my power, I'll try these past few years to be a benefit for believers to deepen and to guide their lives in faith Adonai Yeshua, all of them which have of interest to search for real purpose in life.
We can only find it by believing in the eternal message of Salvation that Yeshua HaMashiach, the Son of El'Elyon (The Most High), originally proclaimed to Israel and commissioned to proclaim to his first chosen apostles. They were all Jews. That is why I also had a regular Christian meetings here in Turku until 2018.
Initially, meetings were at Asesepänkatu, ("Weapon Blacksmith Road"), a small hall for 50 people. I organized them once a week and announced in Turku local magazine: "Evening with Yeshua". With only a handful of participants, I moved the meetings to my 38 m2 apartment. In this case, the costs became lower and meetings were more homely.
I have completed the baptism for several apostolic believers, men and women with faith in Adonai Yeshua, in the recent acc. to apostolic baptize by immersion. I will continue to baptize even in future those which'll want it. My prayer is: May Adonai Yeshua fill them all soon with the Holy Spirit and the holy fire according to the teachings of the apostles!
