Chapter 56 - Since 2010

In Turku 2014 - 2019

I'll tell you an example of healing through a miracle in my life.

It occurs from the end of the previous section, that I have suffered from breathing difficulties for many years. In addition, I began to suffer from a persistent bronchial inflammatory cycle as early as 2014. It was a worsening and frequently recurring chronic bronchitis.

You see, I was later diagnosed with chronic bronchial asthma and I get the medication I need with 65% sick pay. Before that, I had to take a cortisone treatment regimen about 5 times a year, and because there were two doses of the pill in one pill canister, so about 10 courses a year were needed.

In addition, I went through four antibiotic treatments and my throat was constantly hoarse, so there was nothing singing. From time to time I could barely breathe and slowly climbing the sloping uphill was very hard! It was also a type of strain asthma.

Two believing brothers prayed for my recovering in spring 2016, and one of them then anointed my forehead with oil, as instructed in Jacob 5. After that, I didn't have to take cortisone or antibiotic courses for two years!

Even though I had just bought one prescription for a cortisone pill just before that, it had been unopened for over two years. I used both of these shots only in 2018, one in the summer and one in the rest of the year.

Let's that be an example that, even though I became not healthy for the rest of my life, the prayer of a righteous person is
powerful and effective as written in Bible version of 'Complete Jewish Bible' David H. Stern James 5:16c !

This is how I learned to baptize believers

While in the 1970s with a team from the Jesus movement from Helsinki, pastors baptized four young girls in Näsijärvi Tampere. They  were called "the girls from Haga", Helsinki.
They were close school friends. I noticed that they all were baptized by immersion "in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit", contrary to teaching of the Siion Church and I was wondering that!

At that time (1970s) all the believers were baptized in the Siion Church, Helsinki, "in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ."
There was an obvious contradiction in the ways of baptism by immersion!

I saw the same baptismal difference a little later even in the Siion Church, where a parishioner also baptized there according to the Roman Catholic formula, "in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit."

Then I said in my heart to Adonai Yeshua, whom I then still called Jesus at that time: "I want to baptize all believers in the right way and in your original Names."
In the picture below, you see me baptizing a confessed man in Turku in the name of Adonai Yeshua HaMashiach HaNotzri. That's the right way of baptism by immersion!

It took about 10 years for the Holy Spirit to lead me to know my Savior's original Hebrew names. It happened as follows: I was a member of Saalem Pentecostal Church in Helsinki, at that time in 1980. Just then a major event called PEK (European Conference of the Holy Spirit) was held in Helsinki.

I was a member in Saalem's tent group in Helsinki. My job was to set up the big tents with the other group members and dismantle tents after the meeting. That's when I got a week free from my summer vacation to take part in an event that attracted participants from across Europe, as well as a group of four Messianic Jewish singing group from Hungary.

One day of the meeting, I was in the Esplanadi Park to listen to the conference attendees singing on the stage, built for them. That group of two married couples of Messianic Hungarian Jews sang magnificently. They had learned to sing from the outside the song in Finnish and began to sing it like this:

"Yeshua HaMashiach is the Name of the Most High. He is the Holy One of Israel. Alef and Tavthe Beginning and the End of all is he. They that have ears to hear, let's they hear his words. All of you who feel thirsty are allowed drink water, from the mercy springs of Yeshua... etc."

The words of the song were otherwise in Finnish, but the names of our Savior was sung in Hebrew!

I experienced the intense presence of the Holy Spirit! That name, "Yeshua HaMashiach," stayed in my hearth with that song. I wondered why the beautiful Original Names of our Savior has been translated very differently into all other nations languages, even though any original names should not be translated at all?

The secret of these Holy names was opened

After moving from Gothenburg to Turku in 1990, I began to study that name and came to the conclusion that the Apostles had to use the Hebrew original names when baptizing people. Namely, this is also evident in the current Bible versions when we read them comprehensively.

When reading the verses in Act 4:5-12, it is good to note that the Apostle Peter was filled with the Holy Spirit when he proclaimed the message of salvation to the highest spiritual leadership of Israel. Therefore, it is obvious that he used Hebrew as a colloquial language in Jerusalem!

He spoke as follows, also mentioning the original names of our Savior in Hebrew:

>>It happened in the morning, that their rulers, elders, and scribes were gathered together in Jerusalem.
6 Annas the high priest was there, with Caiaphas, John, Alexander, and as many as were relatives of the high priest.

7 When they had stood them in the middle of them, they inquired, "By what power, or in what name, have you done this?"
8 Then Peter, filled with the Holy Spirit, said to them, "You rulers of the people, and elders of Israel,
9 if we are examined today concerning a good deed done to a crippled man, by what means this man has been healed,

10 be it known to you all, and to all the people of Israel, that in the name of Yeshua HaMashiach HaNotzri, whom you crucified, whom God raised from the dead, in him does this man stand here before you whole.

11 He is 'the stone which was regarded as worthless by you, the builders, which has become the head of the corner.'

12 There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"<<
This mistake was not made by David H. Stern, a Messianic Jew who believes in Yeshua the Messiah when translating Complete Jewish Bible (CJB) from the original languages into English. He uses English otherwise, but always keeps the original name of our Savior, Yeshua, in Hebrew!

As for the word Lord in the New Testament, it must be in Hebrew Adonai. Therefore, the phrase "Jesus is Lord" must read "Yeshua is Adonai". Why so? Because the Lord does not refer to deity even if it is written in all capital letters. In contrast, the Hebrew name Adonai refers to the divinity of our Savior. Therefore, verse 2:11 is, according to CJB:

>>...and every tongue will acknowledge that Yeshua the Messiah is Adonai...<<

When this mystery of names became clear to me, I noticed that the Holy Ghost was leading people, who wanted to be baptized after reading some of my blog posts regarding the Apostolic Baptism of Believers *), to take contact with
me. They have come from all over Finland to me.

*) Not translated in English, but you can understand the same thing reading the text above.

According to the teachings of our Savior, properly immersed baptism is integral to the salvation of those who believe in Him: Mark. 16: 15-16. (Complete Jewish Bible)

>>15. Then he said to them, "As you go throughout the wolrd, proclaim the Good News to all creation. 16. Whoever trusts and is immersed will be saved; whoever does not trust will be condemned.<<

Many read the first sentence in verse 16 incorrectly: "Whoever trusts will be saved; ..." They remove the words "and is immersed," which specifically refers to the true apostolic faith, so that whoever truly believes shall go to the immersion of believers!

Some readers may say that it doesn't matter what name and how a believer is baptized. However, the first Apostles only taught the baptism of believers by immersion in the name of Yeshua HaMashiach! You decide for yourself whether you believe them or Catholic teachers after them!
