Chapter 54 - Since 1995




In Turku 1995 - 2007


  In this review, I briefly describe the Bible promises that have come concrete in my life. I mean the promises to all those which have put  their hope for the eternal Creator of the Multiverse, Yehowah Elohim! I avoid to tell unfortunate events and things, I am not referring to the correct person' name in such situations. 

  In Every workplace where I worked - a total of over 30 - has been a few people and also few bosses who have mistreated their fellow employees and subordinates, and some of them very seriously. We Christians have an obligation and even a privilege to forgive them their trespasses, and so have I done. It has not always been easy, but by help of the Holy Spirit it has been possible. 

  I do not remembering with bitterness any of them, and I want not to revenge, but I have prayed that the Father in Heaven will have mercy on them all, and leads them to know Adonai Yeshua, the only hope and Savior. And to help them to find the perfect forgiveness of their sins through faith in his blood, and to the eternal life in Adonai Yeshua! I believe it will also happen to some of them. 


Volvo Truck Ab

  This huge miracle happened between 1993 and 95. I worked at Dynoplast Oy as a technical designer (3D designer of products, molds, finishing and measuring equipment) and as a secretary at technical project follow-up meetings, as well as packaging product follow-up meetings.

  The Volvo Truck Ab designer had designed a new type of windshield washer fluid reservoir, and we at Polimoon Oy held a product critique meeting to review its design to ascertain whether it could be manufactured using blow-moulding method or not. We thought about what we want for or call for changes to the structure to allow it to manufactured. In addition, it should be suitable for our optimum production by blow-molding process. 

  I greatly doubted that the product could not be manufactured due to the extremely steep and high W-shaped dividing level in the bottom half of the mold and asked for opinions from others, including worker with more than 25 years experience of this blow-molding technology. He as others in team, assured that there will be no problem at all blow moulding up the product! 

  After we asked three German mold suppliers for an offer for Blow-mold, only two of them answered and gave the offer(?) We chose the best supplier. We sent an offer for product manufacturing and molds (one for Reservoir and one for filler neck, also including mirror welding device, and inspection device etc.) to Volvo Truck Ab. Then we received an order. Then we ordered the blow molds and other devices. All of them started manufacturing immediately.

  The third German mold supplier had secretly told Volvo Truck' management that with the blow-mold we asked offer could not produce such a product and therefore they did not even offer it to us! Volvo's management became alarmed and immediately invited us to an emergency meeting in Gothenburg, where I and my closest boss flew immediately.

  It was only there that we learned the secret above. The mold manufacturer had mentioned the some shape of the product as impossible to manufacture, which really had no problem. It was not a W-shaped division. I reassured to Volvo's management (about 10 leading person) that we had thoroughly researched the project through out and were sure that the product could easily be manufactured. My boss said the same. 

  When I told them that this mold supplier hadn't told us anything and their ugly act to tell lies "behind one's back" was not acceptable, they agreeded with me. I assure them that we will go through the project again, even in the smallest details, as soon as we return to Finland and will send them the result of our product critique within 2 days. Then they calmed down and trusted my word. So did we, sent the report and the project progressed. 

It is against the law of physics!

  Then, when the mold came to us and we tested it, came shock news! It was just like I was suspected from the beginning: the W-shaped divider prevented the product from being manufactured! Then I realized that iff I shoud not get supernatural help from Adonai Yeshua immediately, only I would be fired, even though I was innocent, plus Dynoplast Oy would lose its best technical customer and me, very good designer!

  I went into my room, closed the door after me, bowed my forehead to the floor in prayer, and asked for help from my dear Heavenly Father in the name of Yeshua in great distress. I said "thank you" and, "Amen"Had the help not come from above very quickly, Volvo Truck' truck production would have stopped for weeks and many of the executives there would have been fired too!

  It would also have resulted in a financial disaster for them and Dynoplast OY, who would have to pay very expensive molds and other equipment himself and we would surely have lost our most important customer of technical products as a result!

  Just after my prayer, the man, who had made the mistake of thinking the W-shape would succeed, knocked on my door and said:
"Hi Lefa, for the sake of fun, I quickly tried to push by hand nearly melted plastic tube (parison) exactly at W-shape just before the mold closed, and then the product was completely shaped! The production was successful!"

  I realized it was a prayer answer and said to the man, "Thanks for the very good tip! Never put your hand between the halves of the mold, because if you don't pull it away instantly, your hand'll be crushed completely. Build the pneumatic cylinders just at that place on both sides of the mold and guide them with the timer to blow air just before the mold closes!" 

  I went to tell the technical manager about the new turn in the project just when he was about to report of that project as a failure to Volvo Truck. I told him what I was just asked to do to fix the problem. He said, "Now we're not going to get mad! This is against the law of physics because the air jet cools too much the parison and the product cannot shape properly!" *)

  First I silently prayed for help from above and then I kindly said to him, "The installation of the cylinders has already begun and the testing only takes 2 hours.
Please, think about what we lose if we do the test or what we lose if we do not?"


  After a moment of consideration, he agreed to take the test. The product was successfully manufactured during and after the test.

  Not only did we make money with this product for about 15 years, we also got good and difficult new products from Volvo Truck Ab, to production and they also recommended us to the Renault truck factory in France, because truck giants like Volvo Truck, Renault and German MAN were in close cooperation!

*) The technical manager was quite right that if the parison had been of normal size, only max 10mm thick, it would have cooled down too much, but it was over 15mm thick just before it started to become thinner when the mold was closing. 

  That is why, fortunately, it did not have time to cool down before it was molded. That was the reason, that it was not against the law of physics, but still a tremendous answer to my prayer!
