I started working at my new job on 1.8.1990
I started working at Dynoplast Oy right at the beginning of August and the job felt cozy and so did all my coworkers then. The technical manager also became a very nice and reliable colleague. The company had several long-time employees compared to the total number of employees (about 100)!
It showed that they were entertaining there. However, the atmosphere turned bad when the company was sold to foreign owners, first to Norway and then to Iceland. The Norwegian owner always insisted on an impossible net profit. When this could not be achieved, several senior employees were fired from their job.
I sighed in relief that I was only a mid-level clerk in the office! Some of my closest bosses (some of their own reason) were fired from their job. It happened during that over 17 years, when I worked in the company until September 30, 2007. During my last working years there, the companys name was changed to Polimoon Oy. After that the name has been changed to Promens Oy Turku.
I got several positions of trust
I worked in Dynoplast Oy as an EWC representative (European Works Council) for 3 years and as a representative of all employees in the company for 2 years.
The duties of trust also came to my rescue that the Norwegian CEO could not dismiss me on the ground that I warned the Luvia factory manager about the CEO's secret plans, that led that our Finnish sister company to bankrupt within 2 years.
The concern CEO forgot to declare the matter secret in the EWC meeting in Copenhagen and therefore I had the right to warn the Luvia leadership about it. I was received in advance of the message that the CEO would call me, and I needed the wisdom from Yehowah to appeal to my obligations. I prayed help from Him.
I told CEO that I was obliged to report the contents of the EWC meetings my closest boss and to factory management. I did not tell him that I had also given a copy to the key person at the Luvia factory and asked her to show it to the management of the Luvia factory in particular because I forgot to tell him during the call.
Forgetting the things is sometimes really important! The director of the Luvia plant resigned in good time, the factory went bankrupt within the two years I had warned him about.
In the meetings of the Initiative tasks, I learned to know many really interesting personalities, even the real jokers. Some tried to get start-up rewards in many ways. So I had to be careful.
Chocolate Heart was a meeting place for Christians
For a year, I was responsible for co-Christian Thursday nights at Chocolate Heart Lunch. It was opposite the Pentecostal Church. That job was much harder than my job at Dynoplast Oy, which also took almost all my strength.
In the midst of my tribulation, I rejoiced that the blessing of Adonai rested on both of my works. I experienced two great miracles, the supernatural prayer response, in very difficult design projects. Then, when the Chocolate Heart renter had to stop having a lunch restaurant for her health reasons, I also got the release I needed from that trust duty. HalleluYah!
I would have liked other group members to take responsibility for the spiritual content and conduct of the meetings in turn, but they simply couldn't handle it and I understood them very well after getting closer to their big personal problems.
My health problems began to intensify
I noticed myself starting to have heart problems at night and also breathing problems in the lungs. At first I prayed for help from above and when I did not get an answer to my prayers, then I sought help from the doctors, but it did not come from there, but my health only deteriorated. The firm's doctor didn't help me with my ailments.
In the end, so much so that I realized the only wise solution was to give up my work, and told my boss about 6 months in advance so he could find the right person to continue with my job and I should then have time enough to guide him through the many projects he must continue to work on.
It took me about two years after work, mainly to rest and recover from stress. Although I could not know in advance, my decision to leave work already in 2007 turned out to be absolutely correct.
When the Icelandic rotational molding company RPC-Promens, a major plastics company, bought Polimoon Ab, there was a real nightmare when Finnish sister companies in Klaukkala and Turku were forced to compete on a quarterly basis. Then after a year the economically worst-performed company was forced into bankruptcy.
In Turku, too, all technical product development had discontinued. I realized that I too would have been fired during this time in addition to the extremely stressful job! I now thank all my heart to Adonai Yeshua for guiding me out of there at just the right time before the beginning of the tribulation! HalleluYah!
In the next chapter, I will describe some of the supernatural wonders about my two design projects. I will also tell you how, under the guidance of Adonai Yeshua, I discovered the causes of my heart and respiratory problems, and only then could I begin the right recovery process to deal with them.
In this photo taken in Norway, I present a plastic product and a measuring device. At that time, together with my boss, I made a four-day tour from the plastic factory at Turku Dynoplast Oy to Plastic factory at Kongsvinger As in Norway, in 1994.
The product in the picture was a washer fluid reservoir for a Volvo passenger car. I was also developing it on the product development team while I was still working on the Volvo PV 1985-90.
